Distance Contract
Pursuant to Article 10 of the Republic of Latvia Consumer Rights Protection Law (PTAL), if the sale of goods takes place via an Internet-based offer, the distance contract (hereinafter - the Agreement) is concluded between the buyer and the seller when the order is made by the buyer via this website.
This contract is concluded between the owner of the Internet marketing site www.naturecolors.eu SIA (LTD) “AC STUDIO”, unify registration number 40203140935, registered office: Rušonu 30-1-26, Rīga, LV - 1057, (hereinafter referred to as the Seller), and person (hereinafter referred to as the Buyer), who makes the order or purchase on the www.naturecolors.eu internet trading site. This distance contract applies to all orders and purchases made on this site.
All commodity prices on the www.naturecolors.eu site are shown including the value-added tax (VAT) 21%. The cost of the delivery service is not included in the price of the goods.
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.
Payment processing
We use secure payment services. We never receive your credit card/payment details information - only approval for the amount paid for orders.
Order processing time
All items will be made after the placement of the order. The time we need to prepare an order for shipping varies, The average processing time is 2 days. For details, see individual items.
Shipping services
We do our best to meet shipping estimates, but cannot guarantee them. Actual delivery time will depend on the shipping method you choose and the situation in destination countries, for example, due to the Covid-19 there may be some delays or restrictions. We offer worldwide shipping with standard registered post services (flat-rate 7 EUR) and UPS Express Saver shipping upgrade for fast delivery. We offer Omniva services for delivery in Baltic countries (flat-rate 5 EUR).
Available UPS EXPRESS Saver shipping. UPS shipping usually takes between:
1-2 working days for Europe;
2-3 working days for USA, Canada;
3-5 working days for Australia, New Zealand, the rest of the world.
The price for express shipping varies from 15-22 EUR, it may include several silks with total weight below 500g (1.1 pounds). UPS Holidays in Latvia in 2020: January 1, April 10, April 13, May 1, May 4, June 23, June 24, November 18, December 24, December 25, December 31. Holidays in Latvia in 2021: January 1, April 2, April 5, May 3, May 4, June 23, June 24, June 25, November 18, November 19, December 24, December 31. I can't send out orders on these dates.
The buyer is RESPONSIBLE for picking up the item at the local post office or Omniva or UPS access point.
Right of withdrawal
If the Buyer has decided to return the item, in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Latvia (PTAL and MK.255) and EU, the Buyer is entitled to withdraw from the Agreement within 14 calendar days from the moment of receiving the Goods, by completing the return form (return form) and sending it to the Seller. The product must be returned in full package and in the quality, it was delivered. The Seller may refuse the Buyer the return rights or withhold compensation in the event the product that the Buyer is returning, is damaged, due to inappropriate handling of the product or failure to follow the instructions, if the original packaging of the product is lost or the packaging is seriously damaged.
In case of returning the goods, the entire payment for the goods is refunded. Delivery costs are not refundable. In the case of inaccurate Goods, the Buyer shall have the right to exchange the goods within 14 calendar days by completing the return form. In the above-mentioned case, shipping costs are covered by the Seller.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged. Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
- Custom or personalized orders
- Perishable products (f.e. opened dyes and mordant packages)
- Intimate items (f.e. handkerchiefs, for health/hygiene reasons)
- Items on sale
