Ordering and payments

How orders should be placed?

Please place your order on our website choosing the button "Add to cart" and follow all steps requested. In the case of an offline invoice, the order is placed only after received payment in our account.

How custom orders should be placed?

We accept custom orders. If you see something that you would like a bit different or can’t find what you are looking for or have a completely different idea to be realized, please, contact us using "contact form" or via e-mail artisan@naturecolors.eu . After agreement on a custom order, we will make a custom listing for you. After that, please place your order on our website choosing the button "Add to cart" and following all steps requested. Custom orders cannot be returned for a refund or exchange and cannot be canceled once we start on your order.

Can I cancel my order?

When an order is placed on our website, we give you 4 hours log and after that time we begin processing it, to ensure delivery on time. We’re unable to cancel or change order later than 4 hours after it’s submitted and paid.

What time is needed for the processing of the order?

Processing time varies - for dyes and creative kits it is 1-3 business days, but for dyed silks and batik arts 3-7 business days. The actual average processing time is 2 business days. For details, see individual items. We are able to send out orders only on working days. Holidays in Latvia in 2022: January 1, April 15, April 18, May 1, May 4, June 22, June 23, June 24, November 18, December 24, December 25, December 31. We can't send out orders on these dates.

What is the estimated shipping time needed for processing and delivery?

Actual delivery time will depend on the shipping method you choose. Estimated time includes processing time and shipping time. With simple post services, the estimated time is 30-45 days, with express services 3-9 business days.

Payments

What methods of payments are accepted?

We accept PayPal, credit and debit cards through PayPal and Stripe and I-Deal, as well as available offline invoices to be paid in 5 days. PayPal and Stripe payments are kept secure and we never receive your credit card information.

What to do, if my payment is not accepted?

If a payment has been declined due to unknown reasons, we suggest trying another payment method, however, if such is unavailable, please contact a payment provider or finally us.
